Dr Karen Pettit – Maths Tuition

Karen earned a First-Class BSc in Mathematics and Statistics, followed by a PhD in Mathematical Statistics, both from the University of London. She went on to teach Maths and Statistics as a Lecturer and Senior Lecturer at the University of Surrey; and as a teacher at Farnborough College.
Since 2014, she has tutored full time, helping school, university and adult learners in the UK and overseas turn uncertainty into understanding. Karen strongly believes that understanding how Maths works makes the subject more exciting and works hard to give the bespoke guidance students need to meet their goals.
